There may be one more trade...Miller or Beeks

Waiting on MLB approval since they are injured right now.

So here's the haul after trading Naylor, Grichuk, Suarez and Kelly and their age and the highest level they've played at so far -

LHP Mitch Bratt [TEX], 22 - AA
RHP Juan Burgos [SEA], 25 - MLB
RHP Hunter Cranton [SEA], 24 - A+
LHP Kohl Drake [TEX], 25 - AAA
LHP Brandyn Garcia [SEA], 25 - MLB
RHP David Hagaman [TEX], 22 - A
RHP Andrew Hoffman [KCR], 25 - MLB
RHP Ashton Izzi [SEA], 21 - A+
1B Tyler Locklear [SEA], 24 - MLB

Obviously they felt they needed to load up on pitching prospects.

And nearly the entire draft was pitching. In theory they are in a spot to deal next year if they want.

This from a Texas Rangers message board, https://www.lonestarball.com/2025/7...s-rangers-trade-arizona-diamondbacks#comments

UPDATE — Pitchers Kohl Drake and David Hagaman are reportedly going to Arizona in this deal. Drake is a 24 year old lefthander who was recently promoted to AAA Round Rock, and who was expected to be added to the 40 man roster this winter. Hagaman was the Rangers’ 4th round pick out of the University of West Virginia last year, and who was one of the pitchers who was recovering from Tommy John surgery when he was selected and so has only recently resumed pitching in game action.

UPDATE II — Lefthanded pitcher Mitch Bratt is the third player going in the deal, per reports. Bratt has had a very nice season at Frisco, and like Drake, was expected to be added to the 40 man roster this winter.

We could even get a couple of half pints for Gallen.
A pint or two of Guinness Stout and a bucket of balls for Gallen. Now that he's sticking around until the end of the season, expect the suckicity to continue.
