great news, hopefully no setbacks with him. Roope Hintz also confirmed that no surgery is needed. whatever he is dealing with just needs time to heal. hopefully he's back in time for the playoffs and at 100%. it might be a blessing in disguise to have him rested as he is usually banged up come playoff time. stars are winning without them because of great depth. their depth guys are killing it. Colorado also lost tonight so 2 points gained.
I love the comment about the stars, but I don't love the tornado warning. stay safe, we had a lot of much needed rain down here in central texas the past couple days and thankfully no tornados or bad flash flooding. I'm on the edge of the hill country. farther west they had golf ball sized hail. Lost Maples State Natural Area (State Park) posted some gnarly pictures.

Crazy thing about that game is that the Stars had 3 shots against the Knights with 18:29 to go in the second period
yeah, the stars are not typically a high-volume shooting team. they are a puck possession team that looks for quality shots, but sometimes that can work against them. they can definitely explode with goals though. I just went back and reviewed game 7 last year with Colorado. they looked cooked for 2.5 periods and then exploded with 4 goals.
Yeah I have family in Southwest Arlington and Burleson. Know that area very well. I lived in Mansfield for a few years as well when I was stationed at carswell in Fort Worth. But as a kid I lived in Arlington. Been through a lot of those tornado warnings and scary storms.
Was really bad tonight and couldn’t get pulled because their other guy was hurt from the McKinnon crash.

damn and gudas only gets 5 games. doesn't seem like enough. NHL needs to do more to protect their star players and punish overzealous A-Holes who are either reckless or hunting to injure people.
