The Cards Undergound folks set the over/under on National games at 2.5.

Im sure we’ll get a Thursday night game, probably at home. Do they still give basically everyone a MNF game?

I'll take the under. I thought they changed the MNF rule a few years back.

Yep, they changed the Thursday night game just last year or the year before. Before that everyone did.

I think the league likes to give every team a chance to be featured in prime time, but the Cards put so little effort into being relevant last season that they decided they needed to feature a nearly-as-irrelevant Jets team a half-dozen times instead.

So, I think every team getting either a SNF or TNF game is more of a norm than a rule. You're right that it used to be a rule that every team have to play on TNF because everyone agreed that TNF games were bad and dangerous.

First two games:
1. We open on the road, don't know who against.
2. Home opener vs. the Jets. They opened on the road at SF, and the League wants to keep them out west.

I actually should look at the upcoming season opponents and figure out did the get better, worse, or neutral. Might make a separate post about it
