The first wave of NFL free agency has passed, and the Carolina Panthers are coming out of the waters as huge winners.

On Monday, the start of the legal tampering period, the team reeled in two of the very top players on the open market. The Panthers began the day with an agreement for outside linebacker Jaelan Phillips, then bookended it by snagging Pro Bowl insider linebacker Devin Lloyd.

Carolina has also retained a number of their own free agents—bringing back the likes of wide receiver David Moore, defensive lineman LaBryan Ray, linebackers Trevis Gipson and Thomas Incoom and defensive backs Akayleb Evans, Robert Rochell and Isaiah Simmons.

But who's still out there looking for new deals of their own?

Here are the 13 free agents from Carolina who remain unsigned:

  • WR Jalen Coker (ERFA - Tendered contract)
  • WR Brycen Tremayne (ERFA - Tendered contract)
  • OL Brady Christensen
  • OL Austin Corbett
  • OL Jake Curhan
  • OLB D.J. Wonnum
  • ILB Krys Barnes
  • ILB Claudin Cherelus
  • ILB Christian Rozeboom
  • CB Damarri Mathis
  • S D'Anthony Bell
  • S Nick Scott
  • P Sam Martin
