I understand his strategy, and to an extent I think it is the right one. However, the team is still nowhere near competing for the division, and his complete neglect of the offense this offseason is simply not good enough. He carries as much responsibility for this mess as Gannon does, in my opinion.

Rams and 49ers "setbacks" have all been injury related. The Seahawks have finished below 9 wins once in the last 13 years.

It is one of the reasons I would like them to add someone from those front offices to run the Cardinals.
