Dustin Poirier is in trouble after being arrested for public drunkenness at an airport in Atlanta, and his behavior has drawn a range of reactions from his fighting peers.

Footage of Poirier’s arrest was released Tuesday by TMZ, and the video featured Poirier getting into an aggressive confrontation with a police officer after being removed from a flight. Fortunately for all involved, the situation resolved itself without violence, but not before Poirier verbally abused the officer and several other onlookers.

The retired UFC star released a statement following the release of the footage, admitting, “I’m at the point where I need some help.”

Fellow MMA veteran King Green initially came to Poirier’s defense following news of his arrest, but before the footage went public, saying, “You’re telling me on Father’s Day I can’t get drunk? … With all the crap we go through, let me enjoy my drink and leave me the f*ck alone.”

Others weren’t so sympathetic, with longtime Poirier rival Colby Covington taking multiple shots at Poirier’s embarrassing behavior.
