    Mike D'Antoni

Maybe a few more wins but not much upgrade. Phil Jackson had doubts in this team. He was not very enthusiastic about this line up because half of the players don't know Triangle. The team struggled to play "hybrid Princeton", which slows them down a lot and Peace had a horrible time...

    Grant Hill to the Lakers?

Makes sense to me. Hill is chasing a ring and Suns isn't likely to be a contender next season. It's more like why would Suns need Hill after Nash left? It's time to establish new leadership.

    Goran Dragic back in Phoenix

Honestly, I followed Nash to here. I am never a fan of a "team". I am a fan of certain players. I used to watch Mavs but not anymore. Having said that, Dragic is probably the only player I have interested in rooting for (besides Nash) when I saw a glimpse of his awesomeness in playoffs. I...

What is your opinion on the Nash sign & trade?

I chose "Love it" because Suns didn't get nothing in return. Suns is clearly in re-building mode and Nash is old and ready to move on. This should have happened last season imo. Nash requested for a sign-trade so Suns can get something in return. Lakers normally doesn't build the team...

    Nash to Lakers???

I got a text message from my brother... "Nash got traded to Lakers". I thought today is April fool's day.... Of all the trade rumors I've read, I did not even think Nash wants to go to Lakers. I guess he wasn't kidding about wanting to get close to his family and it only proves that Nash...

Metta World Peace Assaults Harden (ugly vid)

Great point! We know the players elbow each other but most of the time it's during box out. I've never seen a player that scores and then elbows somebody's head on purpose. That's not a simple "oh, it's just a physical game". It's a psychological issue imo. Even the TNT Crew puzzles...

TNT just reported paramedics summoned to locker room for Amare

What was he so mad about? Losing to Heat? lol Heat isn't exactly a trash team...

    Amare looks done

I guess Suns knew Amare is a total gamble... and they dodged it. Amare looks like a C+ player these days. Hey, who cares.. he already got the big contract he wants.

    Lamar Odom to D-League

I hate players like this. They are ****ing professionals that get paid millions of dollars. You are not happy? Dude, be a ****ing professional and man up and play for the team that WANTS you and PAID for you. You were traded because other teams WANT you. If you don't like Mavs, then play a...

Suns have the BEST starting 5 in the league

Yes. I think Grant should come off bench. Suns is a team that excels at first and then slowly lose the lead in most games. It is better to have as much fire power to start the game as possible. Grant has good defense but his offense is sometimes questionable.

    Suns Playoff Run Thread

Oh my god, I came here specifically to post this. I have the EXACT same feeling as you do!!! Suns is fighting for that 8th spot and I feel Spurs is somehow unwillingly to fight against Suns in the first round (even though Suns has only won one series for the past what? 4-5 series? lol)

Boris Diawat Bought out by Charlotte (CHA)

I may be one of the few that actually really liked Diaw when he was here. I thought he was very versatile. How come people say he has poor work ethnic? He gained weight? And...?

    Anyone watching Jeremy Lin?

Knicks fans say Amare is slow as **** now. He is very slow and can't jump. :( Amare is definitely either hurt or aging surprisingly fast.

Source: Suns Closer Than Ever To Making Nash Available

I think the gist is that Suns didn't want to trade Nash because he is the face of the franchise right now but if Nash decides that he wants to be traded to a better team, the front office isn't against it. The front office will make that trade happen even if it means Suns gets a little less...

    Anyone watching Jeremy Lin?

****, Knicks shouldn't blow out other teams because people want to see more of Lin! Bad move.

    Anyone watching Jeremy Lin?

You know what the REAL stats is? Knicks is winning 6 in a row! Nash can score 40pt per game but if the team is not winning, it ain't working. I love Nash but you seem to want to poke holes in this Lin for some reasons. You were probably hoping Knicks gets their butt kicked tonight.

    Anyone watching Jeremy Lin?

I wouldn't leave Knicks if I were Lin. Knicks is a huge a market. Even if he doesn't get the absolute best contract due to circumstances you just described, he would have gotten paid much more from other sources if he keeps it up.

    Anyone watching Jeremy Lin?

As some famous NBA players have said, the most amazing players are the ones that are clutch and can finish the game. I think that's what's most amazing about Lin so far. This dude doesn't just do well in the first half of the game and then slowly shy away. This dude excels in intense...

    Anyone watching Jeremy Lin?

You do know the definition of "hype" right? This kid came out of nowhere and has led Knicks to four wins and possibly more. Who cares what Knicks fans were shouting. I am sure Suns fans were shutting Nash for MVP as well because Nash was leading the team. And I am not one of those that...

    Anyone watching Jeremy Lin?

You seem to have a lot of negative view on Lin. Why is that? Lin led a team that was a total garbage (minus Chandler). When Nash first came back here, people were saying it was just a momentarily thing and it wouldn't last. Well, Nash proved them wrong at least for a few seasons and went to...

    Anyone watching Jeremy Lin?

Wow.. 38pt. I don't know much about Knicks lineup except for Amare, Melo and Chandler. The whole team probably spent 75% of their whole salary on these 3 players? Lin is deceiving fast. Yes, I know Lakers can't guard Lin but hey, Lin took the opportunity and exploded with it. That's why...

Best PG in the Game Today: Steve Nash

At age 38, yes, Nash is probably the best point guard in NBA history.

    Anyone watching Jeremy Lin?

I am no expert on salary stuff but I don't even think Nash was top 20 in terms of salary even during his prime time? The words "over-pay" and Nash just don't really belong to the same sentence.
  25. jibikao

    Anyone watching Jeremy Lin?

Not so quick! But hey, Nash is only getting older and this team needs a fresh start. If Lin can finish off the season as a starter, then it won't be such a bad idea (only if Nash wants to go to New York). Nash is very happy staying in Phoenix atm. Who knows. Maybe Nash wants to finish...
