    LaFleur is my 1st choice. Kubiak 2nd. As far as our division, Sea, LA and SF are all good teams but they aren’t great teams. AZ has enough talent to compete. Just need some competent coaching and a solid young QB. Fix it Bidwill!

    I would think that if you’re trying to sell AZ to Kubiak, you better get him in for the interview before he goes to Vegas. Whoever interviews first has the opportunity to offer the job right then and he has the option of canceling the other interview.
