    I'm no capologist, but to me it seems the less upfront $$ the better is a business policy for AZ. If they structure contracts as signing bonuses and divide them among the years of the.contract, we gain cap space now, but that creates more contracts for additional players and more upfront...

    If a team choses to pick a player in the 4th round of the supplemental draft, they lose their 4th round pick in the upcoming draft(2010) etc. depending on which round they're taken in. I think if the team doesn't have a pick in said round in the upcoming draft, they do not have a pick for that...
