    Every broadcast we here the announcers use the phrase "force the ball to Fitzgerald". The defenses do not lose track of Larry. They roll the coverage to him. Haley / Warner found ways to get the ball to Larry. Arains is utilizing Larry to get the ball to everybody else.

    With Tony LaRussa in charge of the "big picture", having a traditional GM is too many cooks in the kitchen. The Diamondbacks need to hire an operations officer to negotiate contracts and handle the daily paperwork involved in running the team.
