    Didn't the 49'ers have better rushing defense stats than the Steelers prior to playing us? I believe Shipp made mincemeat of their statistics, and they haven't quite caught back up since. I believe Shipp will do the same to Pittsburgh.

    The O Line was solid play. That said, Shipp did use the spin move multiple times -- remember, he had runs over 10 yards. It was a great thing to see. Man -- I love having to share the credit among the players!

    He is confident. He played with a bum heel, in some pain. He rushed (and dove-somersaulted) for a touchdown, hushed Kendall when he lost it over the rookies lining up wrong, kept the offense going -- and won. If that's cocky -- then it works for me.
