Might be a better fit on a one or two year deal? Not sure
The cut players are the better players is new. lol

I love Ogun, but he is more of what we have, if that.

It's a pretty wild deal unless the Pats thing Williams has Top 10 DT upside. This is what happens in a thin free agency class.
Pats have a ton of money and are trying to win. Good for them.

Pretty clear the Arizona Cardinals were in on Milton Williams until the end. Only to be outbid by the Patriots which have FU salary cap funds and went way over the top at 4/$104M. Reality remains the Cards need to find players to supplement their needs on the front 7.

Now Darnold to Seattle. Wow the Cards must have a serious plan. Just sit back.

The bootlickers all in line saying Monti Did His Best but couldn't compete. Classic PHNX.

Potentially yes, I think Johnathan Allen is a better fit as well. I can see your point though

Pats have serious needs on offense at offensive line and wide receiver, yet they grab a LB, CB, and DT on defense in free agency. You would think that they would want to build up the offense around Drake Maye, ala what the Bears are doing for Caleb Williams.

Damn...Milton is now the 3rd highest paid DT in the league.

More than Quinnen Williams, Nnamndi, Dexter Lawrence, and Jeffrey Simmons.

Only Chris Jones and Christian Wilkins get paid more.

DTs across the league are thanking him profusely.
