League leader in penalties.. boneheaded self-inflicted penalties at the worst time (looking at you, Dre K you bum). False start after false start in an empty stadium.

Lack of accountability. A coach who is too much of a bro to hold his guys accountable. We won't go anywhere as long as these stupid penalties aren't cleaned up.

Starting to think a lot of it may be Kyler as hes the one constant. For example that play that was supposed to be a screen to dan arnold, looked like Kyler was the only one who thought that.

Or it could be kliffs fault not having guys prepared. If the whole offense is having problems then its either Kliff ir Kylers fault.

It’s not just the penalties. It’s the same mental errors over and over. Kyler sliding too early. Kyler grounding the ball again. Running backwards on punt returns. Running backwards after getting a first down then losing the first. How to coach late in the game. How to manage a clock.

Basic fundamental stuff that this team can’t seem to figure out.

Exactly. And its the fact that they are correctable, but we make the same mistakes over and over.

If it was all holding or PI...you can blame the refs.

False starts and intentional groundings are just boneheaded plays.

I am 100% serious in that I dont think Coach Bro, Kyler, or maybe both understand the NFL rules for intentional grounding. If they did, it would not keep happening. Multiple times this season, Kyler has essentially just spiked the ball in the middle of a play when it breaks down. How hard is it to tell him, "Pick a sideline and chuck it over the bench" With 4 or 5 WR's out there we are much more likely to get it in the area.

What do you think would've happened had BA been here for Dre's penalty tonight? Does he even let him board the plane?

Pugh, who has been fairly consistent all season, gets TWO false starts in a span of like 5 plays. Is he hearing ghost voices in the newly named Seahawks stadium? And don't get me started on Sweezy, I feel like he's totally put the entire O line in a funk since he's been back (again, why is he starting?)

We have the talent which makes this even more infuriating. They should just take the next ten days and just simulate the damn fundamentals they teach you in middle school.

I mean Jermaine Gresham pretty did something similar against literally the same team about 4 years ago & he had no problem with it

We played like absolute trash...... And gifted them so many points last night.

Int Grounding, then the Hold for a Safety. <-- On Kyler IMO
Not converting before the half on 3rd and 1, then DPI, 3pts for sure. Possibly a 6 point swing if we get a FG. <-- On Kyler IMO
Dre.... Stupidest play of the year. 7pts.

AND

We still had a shot at the end. Why did we start going for the EZ on the 30 yard line? Keep dinking it! We needed to run more clock anyways!!!

That's called horrible coaching.

This is what happens when you hire a below average college coach to coach pro ball .

You are going to have to ride with this

Refs in every Seahawks game in Seattle screw us, going back years now. That being said, overall penalities for this season and being undisciplined lies squarely at the feet of the HC, he's the one in charge of the whole team ; offense, defense and ST, so it's up to him to correct those things

This is the #1 issue with the team. We either have the dumbest players or the worst coaching in the NFL

Seattle also gifted us drive extending penalties and left points on the field themselves. Just a crap show all together. F TNF.

I saw it completely different. I think he was expecting the screen from Arnold but Arnold thought that Kyler was going to take off running...

Keim, just went on record saying that the shooting ourselves in the foot has to stop. It was disgusting yesterday, and exceptionally painful to watch.

The morning show guys were just talking about penalties and how Texas Tech teams led by Kliff were always one of the top-ten penalized teams. So is it an abnormality or a culture?

Let's see: Keim hires coach whose college teams were penalized a lot. Keim now upset that Cardinals are getting more penalties. Seems about right.

If it's a culture it can be changed. It will take discipline and that starts from the top, sk and kk need to hold people accountable.

This is so true, however if the culture is being determined by the guy in charge I don't see how the culture can change.
