I agree. It is unfortunate for Wilson that we may have to TE’s that are ahead of him on the depth chart.

i think you want one true in line blocking TE for 3rd & 1 at the 1 kinda situations, special teams -- thats Maxx Williams

so it leaves RSJ vs Wilson

given RSJ has had two years to prove himself, he needs a good camp to stay.

This is the NFL and due to the advent of injuries, they are going to need at least three... and this is a new coaching staff with Wilson being their guy in the draft regardless of his draft position, just don't see them risking hanging him out to dry while waiting to add him to the PS

He's still practice-squad eligible. If he can't make this roster at TE, it's unlikely he'll be added to anyone else's roster.
