Yep... Saw it a few weeks ago...surprised how far along they are.... Was also shocked by it's proximity to the strip... That place is gonna be murder to get in and out of IMO.

I imagine a lot of the visitors will be from tickets comped by casinos, so there will be a lot of pedestrian traffic.

They can get more than enough from the Faiders to change the grass out more often. The team, Glendale and the surrounding areas will benefit financially.
