    He was ok. He gave up a 61% comp %. Melton had a 63%. The QB rating was 20pts better than Melton. Strangely enough, Will Johnson had the worst comp % allowed of the 3 at 66% and the worst QB rating of 109. All three were terrible tackling. They all three had a missed tackle % of 14% or more.

    Ultimately, this probably causes the team to wait until after the season to extend him. No reason to rush and they would have the franchise tag available if they can't agree. I don't see Wilson accepting less than what Pierce and Watson just received and I don't feel like he has a good argument...

    Many people, albeit uninformed people, put TO, Calvin, Julio and Andre Johnson above Fitzgerald. A lot of these are engagement farming but he misses these lists.

    It’s more about what elite level players can do to impact a team. The gap between Verse and Josh Sweat is not big. The gap between Garrett and Sweat is a canyon. Schneider and Snead are just playing chess as GMs. John Lynch is mid but Kyle is great.

    Agree. I feel like some people forget that Keim operated under these same conditions and was more successful. That doesn’t mean Keim was good, but it does show you can make moves, sign FAs, and hire a good coach working under Bidwill.

    We all recognize that the QBs in the NFC West that the Cardinals are hopeless against are Purdy, old Stafford and Sam Darnold. It’s not like the division has Mahomes, Allen, Burrow, Lamar or any top 10 QB (unless you count old Stafford). That is how pathetic Monti has been.
