last year was michael wilson - no question - there was a small contingency predicting his career year (and another contingency predicting the opposite) but we're neither boasting or roasting in this thread - at least not til the end of the year

i got two categories for those who may have a breakout year - likelys and longshots

i think it's likely marv has a breakout year - been saying it since before and after the viral drop - every since lafleur entered the scene

i think it's likely will johnson has a breakout year - if teams avoid him and their #1 receiver that's almost as good as turnovers - but he's gonna get those too

let's get crazy tho - if d-rob is next to nolen and they're both healthy i see d-rob making plays - i'll take that longshot

fehoko looks good to go - he didn't try to do too much on the corner route td - just got where he was supposed to be - looked like mcbride - you can put fehoko in my longshots especially if weaver misses time

I'm still a big DTD believer. I don't know if safeties can "breakout" in a system that rotates a lot but I expect him to have a good year and be a major contributor.

Marv is the obvious candidate, but QB play may hold him back.

I still wonder what the hell MHJ was thinking when he jumped up to catch a ball with his body that fell right to the ground with nobody around him...but, I believe he'll do much better with JB or Beck just because they'll be able to see the entire field. It's all on him this year to show what his potential will finally be.
