Very intrigued by Mensah. Still shocked Sellars didn’t take that route.Rookie Watch

DEVELOPING: There are reportedly several NFL scouts that have “higher grades” on CJ Carr right now than Arch Manning.
One NFL scout reportedly believes there’s “stylistic comparisons” between Carr and Tom Brady (Former Patriots QB).
The Notre Dame QB will officially be eligible to declare for the 2027 NFL Draft.
Sayin was slight last year. He's noticeably bigger and stronger this year. He does have plenty of weapons but so does Manning and Carr(ex-OSU transfers that couldn't cut it at OSU).Zero interest in Julian Sayin. He's build is too slight, arm is average, and he plays on the 3rd pro team in Ohio with some of the best talent in the nation. Mestmaker should wait. Mensah is a stud. '27 and '28 has lots of really strong options at QB.
Maybe. He is 21, shorter, doesn't run and is on a stacked roster. Players seem to be staying longer in college and I could see him doing what Dante Moore did and staying one more year if he thinks he can improve. It's feasible that he has a good, not great year, which impacts his draft stock maybe more than it should.Sayin will almost certainly declare if everything goes as planned. They have another top-notch QB on deck in Tavien St. Claire.
Hopefully we have a future QB solution in place prior to the next draft.Rookie Watch

Jeremiah Smith might be the most PHYSICALLY IMPRESSIVE WR prospect of all-time.
This offseason, Smith reportedly clocked 23.5 mph on the GPS (at 6’-3.5” and 224 pounds).
For reference, that would be the fastest speed EVER recorded in an NFL game (surpassing Tyreek Hill’s 23.24 MPH).
Not only that, but Smith reportedly also clocked a 1.44 10-yards split.
Which would be the fifth-fastest time in NFL Combine HISTORY.
The Buckeyes WR will be just 21 years old at the time of the 2027 NFL Draft
