The worst three line ups had Dillon Brooks in them. Three of the top four best line ups did not have Dillon Brooks in them.
Just sayin.
So, maybe it's better to trade Brooks for Giddey instead of Green

i sure hope dunn has been working on his 3 ball - i think he gets minutes regardless due to knowing our defense but if he starts draining it from deep it'll fix his trajectory
Otherwise, he better keep working on his camera skills!

Unless those are nba players . . . meh. Actually, offseason runs are just meh. Not meant to dissuade anyone from posting anything they find on the suns on the internet. Just the value I place on those highlights having any insight into Ryan’s game in upcoming season.

i've been thinking on dunn and fleming (and highsmith)
defensively i have to put dunn slightly ahead of fleming at the moment - fleming is bigger and stronger but dunn knows gillespie goody and oso very well
i think they'll both get a lot of minutes because until koa peat enters the chat miles is the only power forward we have
offensively i already have fleming infront of dunn - idk why but dunn was shackled by the timidness he escaped his rookie year
but i think it all.comes down to who can knock down the 3 - highsmith included - haywood could leapfrog his way on to the hardwood if the stroke is good

I was thinking the exact same thing. I had an amazing run in my 40+ mens league a couple weeks ago. In 2 minutes I had a steal for a layup, knocked down 3 straight 3s, and grabbed a couple rebounds while playing lock down defense. If someone just saw those 2 minutes they'd think I was ready for the masters championship, rather than just a 52 year old former high school varsity player just try'n to keep up with the young 40 year olds lol.
Highlights can be fun, but I don't see any value whatsoever, especially when they're mostly dunks and wide open 3s.

I think Fleming is well ahead of Dunn on defense, he moves really well, he can cover a lot of different styles of player and is great at bailing the team out when we get sloppy in transition. Our splits with Fleming are silly, he didn't play much but when he did the impact was tremendous. My only gripe with Ott was his rotations in the 2nd half of the season. In the first half of the year he was very flexible, riding hot hands, creating mismatches, ect. He stopped doing that as the year went on. Fleming final got real minutes in March only because of injuries, he played very well and then got buried again when guys got healthy.
I think Dunn and Highsmith are both going to be fringe rotation guys.

I agree completely, but since Fleming is a true lockdown-defender, Dunn - even clearly behind him in defense - is still a quite good one, therefore I do hope that he will get sizeable standard rotational minutes.
Actually my dream scenario is (in years) that Dunn and Fleming becoming the Suns's starting F combo, somehow dealing Brooks, Bridges and moveable assets for a young upcoming PG (maybe even our future franchise player) and having a starting five of the new PG/Booker/Dunn/Fleming/Maluach.

Don't see it with Dunn. True, not everyone has to be a star. He can contribute on defense and rebounding and stretch the floor with some occasional threes. Also Fleming needs to produce on offense. He did not fill it up in summer league. Booker and new PG can't do it alone. We've seen that. I hope they both increase their scoring averages and expand their offensive game this year, but I'm expecting them not to.

With both players, the light bulb could switch on at any moment, although Dunn needs to produce this season or he could be on the way out the door.

We'll see how it shakes out, but now is the time for Dunn.
And if Maluach doesn't step up, expect the media to chatter.
He’ll be on another team, next year. Can’t pay everyone.

Maybe. He does look much improved in those summer videos. I think it all depends on if he gets into the rotation.

Agreed. He looks leaner and more confident than at any time last season, hopefully last year was just an aberration.

I’m still on the bandwagon. I like the way he moves around the court. I think he reups fairly cheap and works himself into a rotation shot. I think green is the odd man out eventually.
