I mean the last one in memory is going in the hall of fame this summerTime will tell but "I drafted my buddy's son" usually doesn't turn out great.
Refresh my memory was at a GM or the coach that did that I can’t rememberI mean the last one in memory is going in the hall of fame this summer
‘‘Twas the best Coach the Cards ever had. One Mr. Denny “we let them off the hook” Green.Refresh my memory was at a GM or the coach that did that I can’t remember
I’m not sure why the difference matters muchRefresh my memory was at a GM or the coach that did that I can’t remember
One actually has to make that dude special the other sits in the owners box and is basically a nobody.I’m not sure why the difference matters much
Actually refresh my memory because I think you are both correct. Wasn’t Denny the Coach and GM in everything but name? Denny made those picks that built the Super Bowl team.I’m not sure why the difference matters much
Unfortunately this is probably the highlight of the Cardinals 2026 season.xc_hide_links_from_guests_guests_error_hide_media
This stuff is killing me.
He is so obviously angry at this pick. A waste of their window, a waste of a pick, a player he has zero interest in coaching.
It's not nearly as bad as the 49ers making a massive trade for Trey Lance. And huge effup barely hurt them at all.So disappointed in my fellow Cards fans. It's not a great look celebrating a foes "mistake" but I'm guilty of it myself. But celebrating a perceived mistake is simply tempting the football gods to slap us around yet again. Karma is real and she is a bi.....
Yep, and then Karma gave them Purdy with the last pick in the draft. It's not nearly as bad as the 49ers making a massive trade for Trey Lance. And huge effup barely hurt them at all.
stafford was blindsided by the pick
they consulted stafford before getting a qb they weren't sure they could get? smartNo, he wasn't. He was consulted the day prior, according to reports.
Denny had a lot of input but ultimately I think the roster decisions came from Graves. It’s a spectrum right? Green, Gannon, and Arians IMO had a lot of input and influence. Kingsbury and MLF have/had relatively little. Whis was in the middle.Actually refresh my memory because I think you are both correct. Wasn’t Denny the Coach and GM in everything but name? Denny made those picks that built the Super Bowl team.
For late pick of Simpson fans like me, there was no way to stop this if the trade wasn’t there. I think those gloating will end up not being happy. He has potential. Rams will likely find it in 2 years.
We didn’t have two years so he was for sure not for the Cards. For late pick of Simpson fans like me, there was no way to stop this if the trade wasn’t there. I think those gloating will end up not being happy. He has potential. Rams will likely find it in 2 years.
because he's looking for any reason not to admit he was wrong after being so boisterous about Simpson not getting picked until the 3rd round and instead he got picked by one of the best FO in football in the first half of the first round.I’m not sure why the difference matters much
We didn’t have two years so he was for sure not for the Cards.
I can’t even imagine having to wait till 2030 to see a kid play and make us relevant.
