In his final mock draft,
@MoveTheSticks
has the #AZCardinals trading back with the #Saints.

Projected trade:

Cardinals' 3rd overall pick for 1.8, 3.73, and a 2027 1st

The Saints selected Arvell Reese.

That trade seems just a little light. I like the 27 first...a lot... but 73 seems a bit far back....might have to get them to add a sweetener, like a 27 4th or so.

if that happens, yeah I guess I agree. but that would mean a George Pickens level WR would have to fall to them. I have 0 faith in their GM. I think it's more likely that they do something dumb.

Corona Del Mar is very nice.

The #AZCardinals will be staring at Jeremiyah Love vs. a trade back. Shades of 2023 when the #Texans came up to 3 for Will Anderson. Fascinating pivot point tonight. As for the #Titans, they feel good about a cluster of players so sliding back and still getting one is tempting.

Plenty of rumors rumbling that the Chiefs will come up to 3 for Reese if he doesn't go 2nd to the Jets.

Based on the Jimmy Johnson chart, this trade makes sense:

Cardinals receive 9, 29, 40
Chiefs receive 3, 65

Some teams are skeptical about Simpson going Round 1, but that's not based on ability. It's that they feel Arizona might be able to sit tight at No. 34 and not get jumped.

But that's hardly a guarantee. A ton of teams have done homework on Simpson, from MIA to CLE to PIT to NYJ.
