Plus the NFL is much different now. Even with as inept as the Cards are, do you think Arch would sit out for an entire year and try to enter in the 2028 draft? He can't go back to college. Do we think his stock would rise by playing in the CFL?

It would be the SOC if we had the #1 overall pick, drafted Manning and then we lost his rights in a year because he refused to play for the Cards. HAHA

Circumstance will matter.

If we are the worst team in the league (possible) and Manning wins the Heisman (unlikely) then... well... I think we'd be forced to trade the pick.

The NFL has changed so much, I doubt that players will try and dictate where they go. His best choice, if he didn't want to be in Arizona would be to stay in school for NIL if the Cards had the #1 pick.

I don't want him on the Cards anyway.
