Texas Tech edge rusher David Bailey is ranked 6th on Bruce Feldman's Freaks List!

"At 6-3, 250 pounds, he has elite burst and just a ton of juice coming off the edge. He hit 22.16 mph last year and also bench pressed 405 pounds."

Is he the pick at No.3 overall?

The #AZCardinals have met with Ole Miss DT Zxavian Harris, per
@TonyPauline

The 6-foot-8, 333-pound defensive lineman recorded 58 combined tackles, three sacks, and nine tackles for loss as a senior.

The Arizona Cardinals are among the teams in attendance at LSU QB Garrett Nussmeier’s Pro Day

Early reports say Nussmeier is putting together a VERY strong showing today

He’s the best of this tier 3 group, but I just don’t see it.

Ahead of pick 3, the current group of offensive tackles for the Arizona Cardinals:

Paris Johnson Jr.
Elijah Wilkinson
Olisaemeka Udoh
Christian Jones
Josh Fryar

Worth noting Wilkinson and Udoh were added this offseason.

Kelvin Beachum is a greater loss than Jonah Williams.

I like Kayden as a prospect. Big questions are do you think he has the juice to be a pass rusher and if not, how high are you willing to take a NT who might play only 40% snaps?

How sad is that? Both are backups at best at this point.

Beachum is highly valuable as a capable backup at both tackle spots.

Jonah Williams could become that if he's willing to accept he's not going to get a starting job. I'd happily pay Jonah $4m to be a backup swing tackle.

Yeah, we basically have a team full of backups. When will we get, you know, good starters? Is that in year 8?

Beachum has become a okaish backup with no upside. J Williams simply sucks.
Monti signed a couple of FA oline men who can play RT so the concern is backup LT.
That's why I want a OT drafted in either of the first 2 rounds.

I don't think you understand how valuable it is to have a swing tackle you can reply on to handle both tackle spots to a decent standard if a starter is out.

Why not in the third round??
If you’re looking for a guy who could play some in the NFL, I think he will. I just don’t see him as strong enough to take a team to the playoffs. The investment required to make him into that role is too much. The timing of the Cards’ QB need is very bad; lousy free agents and a thin draft. I think this is compounded by what I see as a limited depth 2027 QB pool. I think the Cards will win enough games (5-6) to take them out of getting a premium guy. This is why you see the interest in Simpson. He is a gamble, but maybe the best option. I think they will try to maneuver for him if they can. If not things could get even more desperate.

Uh, it's not so valuable when YOU ACTUALLY NEED A STARTER AT THE POSITION. We have tons of below average rotation guys - we're still in desperate need of above average starters.
