Welp, prepare for endless blather from the 12's and from the media about how far the Cardinals are from them, the Rams and Niners. Yayyyy!

I want to poo poo Sam Darnold, but I also know Geno Smith likely pulls a CJ Stroud against the Patriots.

Good on the Seahawks knowing how to win games and when to bring in others to raise the ceiling.

I don't see Geno getting the #1 seed, let alone getting past the Rams

So @oaken1 Maye is no upgrade for us, Darnold either and NE today was worse than Cards this year against the NFC Best.
Both those guys are light years ahead of what we have at QB.
were they perfect?? No way.. but its the nuance, the game within the game...and both those young guys played it well...not hall of fame level well...and when they got their chances there were a few passes that could have been placed better.
But they werent falling for coverage disguises..and when adjustments were made, they caught those adjustments...whereas had they just played it as it was in the first half they would have ended up throwing interceptions.
They both faced top notch defensive coaching staffs and still protected the ball and moved their offense. Our guys would have posted 3 or 4 picks in this game.
I dont have the patience to type out everything it would take to explain it...not at my 35 words per minute, lol...
but everything that happens in the first quarter affects everything the QB does in the third quarter..
you see what you see...thats fine.

Combination of Drake being really talented and Josh McDaniels was fantastic this year calling plays.

If Caleb Williams can hit the layups like Drake does I still think he has more potential. Big if though.
And an absolutely dire schedule
