That trade rumor has to be at least a week old. Guerschon Yabusele would likely be a better fit for the Suns than Richards but only if he is in shape. The last time I saw him, it looked like he was carrying some extra weight.

Do not help the Fakers. No deals with them at all, but allright, I can live with a 1st + a 2nd round pick for Richards.

Miami got some good cheap players, or maybe they're just well coached, like the Spurs used to be.

Spoeltra could take the Wizards to the play-in, he's that good.

The Milwaukee Bucks have reportedly begun listening to offers on two-time NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo, according to ESPN's Shams Charania.

Antetokounmpo is currently out of the lineup after re-injuring his calf last week. He is expected to miss at least 4-6 weeks, which is past the Feb. 5 NBA trade deadline.

Lots of smoke gathering about a Giannis trade.

Bobby Marks breaks it down and the top ten best offers.

Is the new CBA making it more difficult for trades to happen?

I think the CBA complicates trades but is also a motivator for teams wanting to avoid paying tax and clearing room for the future.

did ott give nhd a chance to audition for other teams against brooklyn and if so did nhd do enough? i think he came into the suns summer camp thinking it would be fun but found it was tougher than waffle house steak - dillon made sure of that - a pecking order was established immediately and it didn’t care about talent - im glad flemming is getting tougher but nhd has to see the writing on the wall

NHD's shot has been off. I don't think he is long for this roster. Seems like a great guy though!

The Golden State Warriors have discussed with the Milwaukee Bucks “their willingness to put a substantial offer on the table,” including as many as five first-round draft picks, for Giannis Antetokounmpo ahead of the Feb. 5 trade deadline, per ESPN’s Anthony Slater.

Rumor is the nets would be the 3rd team to take his salary on in any deal. So yes probably so.

Butler and 5 picks?
Butler practically has negative value at his age with that injury.

I would not do that deal if I was Millwaukee. I would want some guaranteed younger talent. This is not a deal they can afford to screw up.

Power forward Jeremy Sochan would be a solid addition for the Suns if they could swing a trade.

The Phoenix Suns are not anticipated to pursue any significant roster moves before the February 5 trade deadline, with the organization reportedly very pleased with the chemistry the team has developed this season under first-year head coach Jordan Ott.
