I didn't get to watch a moment of this one, I was at a watch party for the football.

I was checking in during the first half but then I saw us fading in the third and didn't check in again until it ended.

Was this game as close as it looked? Man... beating them on their court would have been amazing, even hanging with them is impressive given how many guys are out.

If we lose this game, which I expect we will, we kinda need to get blown out. We don't want to qualify for the cup if we lose because the only thing that will earn us is ANOTHER road game against OKC, while the alternative (I'm rather certain) is a home game against one of the lower teams to not advance.

If we wanna make the playoffs, every game counts.

Suns will face OKC on December 10th in bracket play.

Aaaahh crap.

Proud they put up such a fight against a behemoth, but the reward for the effort is just brutal.

Hopefully it plays out like Rocky II.

Side note. The cup elimination date is a home game for my ticket package, probably under the assumption that we'd be playing one of the other teams that didn't advance. Curious how the team handles this with refunds. I believe, this leaves us with 40 home games instead of 41.

Kind of a lousy system if the Suns advancing costs them millions in home revenue.

I was only able to catch the last 5 seconds of the game after working on my car for 10 straight hours, but it sounds like I missed a doozy. Too bad we weren't able to hand the Thunder the 2nd loss of the season, but this one has to boost the confidence of our guys to hang tight against the best team in the league. Especially with Devin continuing his poor shooting streak.
I was telling my wife, you can only beat these type of teams maybe a couple times a season at most. I had the feeling had we won, and won the bracket, the Thunder would just blitz us the second game by like 30 points. Right now the Thunder think, we were pretty tough, but they can still beat us. We have that little bit of underestimation for this next game. Hopefully, we get some guys back for that one.

that was the most painful loss of the season for me but i haven't felt that good kind of pain in awhile - the literally trying to will your team to a win because you think they can pain lol - and we almost had them - ouch

It was a close one. Honestly, Brooks took a bad three when Collin and Royce were on fire, then Collin stole the ball, threw it, and Williams almost got to it- all this in the last 45 seconds or so. OKC was definitely in control the whole game, but in the last minute or so, it ended up being very close. One shot falling, or Williams being two inches closer to where Collin threw the ball, and they may have won.

They hit some very hard shots, too. Kudos to them. I haven't seen SGA work that hard all season. That long three he hit at the end, you just tip your hat because they guarded him very well all game long.

It felt like the Suns lately. When they needed a big shot they got one during this game.

BTW. I am a fan of the Cup floors. They are something different, interesting, and look good. I am not such a fan of the cup in the key, but the overall color schemes are great.

They're much improved. The first year were so bad that anything was an upgrade and last year's were kind of generic. This year is really cool though.

I thought it was interesting how for us on Halloween they went with an orange, and the latest game was a lot lighter, more yellow. The OKC was too dark on tv, it was hard to see the ball sometimes.
