No they'll say Jacoby is a great QB too that petzing can't call plays for. If Jacoby does well they say petzing is calling a different game cuz he don't like Kyler. Either way there is an excuse card waiting to call out the number that fits the narrative.

It doesnt matter if you're 2-4 or even 2-6, that is not the end of a season. The season isn't over until you're out of wildcard contention, which doesnt happen until 8 losses. 7 of the 14 playoff teams last year had 6 or 7 losses. Last years Rams squad started 1-4 and they still managed to win the division.

This game and the next are the toughest games on our schedule. Winning them doesn't save the season and losing them doesn't end it.

we have a 14% chance to make the playoffs as stands today - if we lose tomorrow and the 49ers win it's pretty freaking over - then again kyler might do better as the season progresses - handling the pressure with the playoffs on the line

The argument in support of Kyler gets weaker and weaker by the week and you look sillier and sillier for supporting him to the degree that you do. Calling people who are critical of Kyler “deranged” shows an overwhelming lack of self-awareness.

My take is he never should have been the pick…didn’t want us to sign him to the e tension and think we need to draft a quarterback in the first round next year ….i still root for him but have no hope with him….we need a fresh start
