I’ve grown to really like instant Coffee.
I found an instant that is medium caf,...it is made with a coconut creamer and has like 8 different mushrooms ground in with the coffee,,,cordyceps, lions mane, chaga,..etc..and just a touch of cinnamon...coconut and cinnamon actually go pretty well together in coffee.
I got my first batch off tik tok,..then ordered a box from amazon...the stuff is tasty but expensive as crap...basically still spending 4 bucks for a cup of coffee even having to make it yourself...and the packets are designed for a 6 ounce cup...whodafuq only has a 6 ounce coffee cup?? so basically you gotta use two packets for every cup of Joe....normally that would be a deal breaker for me... but I rarely drink coffee anymore so the cost isnt prohibitive...I either just use the two packets, or one packet and a couple tablespoons of my liquid Mocha coffee concentrate to go with it.

Due to my blood pressure, I had to switch to DeCaf (I know..... drinking DeCaf is like taking a bath with your socks on). I found an instant, Mount Hagen Fair Trade DeCaf coffee that is quite good. It's a little pricey and hard to find (Amazon and Natural Grocers are about it) but it's quite good and so far, no guests at my house have complained.

FYI, the non-DeCaf of Mount Hagen is excellent, as well.

I have instant made decaf in my pantry. Not the best but I like it.

My ex boss loved instant decaf. We would have humorous disagreements about it.
It is hard to beat a good, fresh brewed cup of coffee. But there are a few alternatives, as I noted above, that are pretty darned good.

When I don't have enough fresh coffee for a cup and don't want to make more, I've mixed instant coffee with it to complete my cup. It's not the best, but not the worst either.

What I'm wondering, would mixing the coffee work?

Your a suns fan right?

Your best bet is to gather up that decaf...picture it as a basketball in your hands...then line up on the waste basket(Hoop) ...
And for just a moment channel your inner Dan Majerle and take the shot!!
Then go get real coffee with zero interference or guilt.

I always add honey to my coffee when I drink it at work. Nature’s candy!
