Man you gotta get over this love for Deone Walker lol. Hell I’m confident Alexander goes before Walker at this point.
Watching Walker get handled by that tiny UNC guard at the Senior Bowl practices...naw I'm out on him. That was an insanely bad rep by a guy who should demolish a much smaller man.

Meh. Anyone can put together a highlight reel and make a player look awesome. And he certainly has the talent that will intrigue someone. But from what I saw from him in actual game play? He is good in spurts. Tends to wear down. Doesn't exactly hustle. I would worry that his max in the NFL is 15-20 plays a game.

First round for him is crazy IMO. But 3rd or 4th round, if the Dline coach loves him, ok.

He played over 75% of snaps in his career for Kentucky at 340lbs. When did you last see a 340lb DT play 75%+ of snaps at any level?

Anyway this is pointless. You can have your opinion and I can have mine. There's a whole bunch of DL and Edge going round 1 because it's a stacked class, the league is in need and everyone just watched the Eagles DL destroy the Chiefs.

16 is too high. Maybe with a trade down to the 20s.

Reuter's Mock has the Cards trading with the Broncos and taking Simmons with the 20th pick. The Cards essentially get an extra 3rd for moving down 4 spots.

Where was Loveland projected, seriously?

If the draft falls that way I would be beyond thrilled
Starting OT Simmons
James Pearce
Slot WR
Big deone walker from Kentucky...

Awesome...but dude has 2 TEs and 2 OGs going in the top 20...just doesn't seem realistic

I think 2 TEs are absolutely going in the top 20. Not sure about 2 OGs, though.

I’m hearing the Cards’ board is full of traffic jams. They have both a group of DTs & a group of Edges rated virtually the same. That means if the few guys above those groups are gone they will surely trade down. They want at least another third to go down

first two drives vs kc we didn't get kyler killed but didn't dominate the trenches either

what i liked/noticed (hope i wasn't alone) was the pancake dinner being served at the big toaster - think i saw tip fro and adams all handing out hotcakes and that was all postgame right here on asfn so who knows what else was missed

there appears to be a "don't just block" attitude

an if someone is infront of you that doesn't deserve to be let them physically know it - bully personality - and i like it

now idk about the whole dive bombing the opponent once you've knocked him to the ground but i'm open to new things and it goes great with the pancakes - adrenaline and testosterone - adrenastrone spike - got damn i love football season

The part I liked was the technique was good across the line. You could tell Murray definitely felt more comfortable. The test will come when we see how well they pickup stunts and blitzes. Preseason is always vanilla.

next weeks game against Denver should show us a few things. against a solid defensive front that they have been practicing against..and knows their tendencies.
at worst it will show us if our guys learned their tendencies just as well as they learned ours.
