Word on the street is the Broncos will listen to trades for pretty much everybody on the roster, including the wide receivers and Patrick Surtain.

Would you trade anything for Surtain?
Surtain is the only one I would want. They will ask for the moon though.

100% trade for Surtain. He is one of the best CB in the NFL and still has 2 years left (with 5th year option) on original deal.
I just don't see the Broncos trading him...that would be stupid.

I don't see Surtain being traded, he's still cheap for 2-3 years.

The only other talent with any value is Williams, Jeudy and Sutton.

I'd contemplate Sutton for a 3rd. He'd cost only $14m a year in a trade through the 2025 season. That's great value in the current market. Sutton has much more in him than that crappy offense has allowed.

You could then let Brown walk and get that 3rd back in comp.

I would also inquire about Javonte and Quinn Meinerz. That said, I wouldn't feel any pressure to make moves, but just would add talent on multi year contracts if I could.
I’ve heard that it’s actually very easy to use low-round picks to acquire young talent on multi-year deals and it happens all the time.

Why so snarky Kerouac?

I've seen some epically bad takes from you that are amongst the worst in the history of ASFN, and yet you continually take shots at me.

I mean, the thing with message boards is you said it. Now either you admit that it was inaccurate or you double down and say "I said what I said". Either way, complaining about someone referencing an older comment is kinda soft.

It would be fun to have an offseason Bad Takes Exposed week or thread, but...

... man, can't have a mod on vacation that week.
I find it interesting that people get so worked up about being wrong. I have really bad reads on things from time to time. It happens. I was right on Bryce Young being a bad pick at 1 (so far) and could be really wrong about my takes on Maye vs Williams. I have reasons for the way I feel and feel I adequately share them. I really liked Jonathan Cooper. I was really wrong about it. Oh well, moving on. I was right about Wirfs over Simmons. Oh well, moving on.

No doubt. It's easier to learn when you admit your mistakes and review your process to find out how you can make more accurate predictions/evaluations.

If you don't want to eat some manure every once in a while, don't put takes out there. Takes are fun!

I still wonder if Cooper’s career trajectory would have been different without the early injury. Same with Ryan Williams.

Oooooo I liked Ryan Williams too.

To your point, maybe but injuries are a part of the game. If you can't bounce back from them, you probably weren't going to make it anyway (outside of really rare/significant injuries).
