i think the Eagles or 49ers set up is a decent model for Collins role:

both run 4-3 fronts, both have dedicated DEs that are the principal pass rusher - Bosa for the 49ers, Brandom Graham for the Eagles

both of the above has OLBs: Dre Greenlaw for SF, Reddick for Philly -- each will rush on passing downs or not

i think that is Collins role - maybe somewhere in between Greenlaw and Reddick

They just talked about him on 98.7 and said he was good to go on Sunday, so that’s got to be good news about his recovery.
