If the Suns can't get him MAJOR help? Not only is the window closed but this is the beginning of the end with Booker in a Suns uniform. He won't stand for several more years of mediocrity and early playoff exits when he is in his prime years.
If I had a nickel for everytime someone here posted a "Booker will force his way out" guarantee I'd have a bunch of nickels. None of us really know what Devin will do.
I don't recall most people saying it that way. I recall most people feeling like Book is not willing to waste more of his career on a losing team. You can love a franchise but still understand that this is a business and you only have so many years to win a title. Book has made it crystal clear he wants a title. If you think he is going to waste his prime years going through another rebuild you have not been listening to him. Also, allegedly, Book wanted assurances from the ownership that the team would do what it takes to put together a team that can win a title when he signed his last extension.
Well that pretty well screws the team this season if true.
I would say anything is possible depending on your pain tolerance. I played an entire season of football with a fractured arm. I lied to my coach because I thought he would make me sit for weeks. It actually hurt like hell whenever I had contact but I was young and stupid.
Played most of my HS Jr season with a broken foot, a good wrap some advil and learning to sleep with my foot up was all it took.
I busted a bone in my hand, and had to wear a splint. I kept taking the splint off to play basketball, and found out later everyone was talking about me faking it since I was playing so well. My hand has a slight curvature on that bone now.
Makes sense bc if the pass is coming from book or Ayton those are centers of gravity. I’m sure bridges is most often when the ball is on their hands.
If that dude could shoot just a little bit, he could be a really good piece. Putting him and Biz on floor at same time just kills spacing.
