I'm skeptical you can lose a bunch of weight and then put it back on that quickly without some issues.

He said he got to 265, his playing weight is 310, that's 45 pounds. He was quoted as saying he needed to get to at least 285 to be playable, any less he'd be too small. So if he's back to 310 that's pretty extreme 45 off 45 on that fast.

When I heard him on the radio he said he's back to last year's weight which was 280 to 285.

You'd have to think that Ford is a lock. I'd argue that at this point, the Cardinals likely see Jones and Smith as locks too.

I'd argue that this probably means that Miles, Murray, and Harlow are goners, and that we've heard enough good about Hayes (who was also a draft pick) that he probably makes the team as well. This also means the Cardinals are pretty light at OT this year, but they might view Ford as a tackle.
