I’m going to ask everyone to watch Ayton on defense. Watch as he might cover someone and then stand and watch the ball instead of getting back into the play. I want to confirm I’m not imaging that. It’s already happened twice.

Timeout with the Suns leading 10-4. They are active with their hands on defense early.

Suns are content with jump shots at the moment.

Cam has been so inconsistent since the hit start.

This team has been having trouble closing quarters lately.

One of the problems with the Suns offense is they do not have a consistent inside game.

When they are not creating turnovers and hitting outside shots their offense goes flat.

Suns need a couple more role playing big men. At least add one for the 15th spot and another on a two-way contract.

Ayton doesn’t Even look like he’s trying out there.

I mean, Jesus, how late was he on that weak attempt to even block that last shot on him?

that said the entire team looks totally flat tonight. But that’s been rare the last three weeks. Ayton’s play is just more of the same we’ve seen most of the season.

Amazing how many times opposing players can so easily get to the rim and score when Ayton is in the game...
And, he seems WAY more interested in setting high picks, versus staking out his ground down low on the offensive end of the court...

Anyway - team looks blah tonight...

I think they look decent actually. They are forcing a lot of turnovers, just not shooting very well.
