I believe this might give us a pretty good d-line with both able to eat up double teams allowing Chandler Jones, Terrel Suggs and whoever else.

Gambo has already said we aren't taking Q at 1 so the only way it happens is if the Raiders swap picks with us.

Welp, stop the presses, Gambo said something.

I believe he has really good sources. He isn't over committing on anything other than Allen isn't the pick at all in the top 5 and Williams won't be the pick at 1.

So it looks like it is:

Murray, Bosa, or Trade down.

I'm always a bit leery of big heavyweight guys. (i.e. diet issues, fatigue, motor that stops etc.).

Q Williams seems the cleaner pick of the two.

Good point..especially at 1. You need to trade back for that one to make sense. Imo.

Amazing that I am dreaming of a player like Leonard Davis in this draft (who was too big and too strong to pass up and would always be a force). If the Cardinals pass on guys like Q and Bosa for a project, the franchise is going to be in for some serious pain

I blame Denny Green for Davis not being a hall of famer. He left here and quickly became an all pro talent

This comparison seems contradictory to me. Lol. Wasn't Leonard Davis a highly disappointing, overpaid, guard who couldn't make it as a tackle? Talk about project.

Actually, he was the same player for the most part and then wanted tackle money when it clearly showed the Cardinals wanted him to play guard with their offer when they felt they could accommodate options to replace him but goes to Dallas... and everyone seems to get to be a pro-bowler when they play for Dallas

And you don't pick a guard with the number 2 pick either..lol that's considered a busted first round pick. Imo

Bosa and Simmons.
I would settle for Andre Dillard and Chris Lindstrom to be honest.

You can substitute Erik McCoy or Garrett Bradbury for Lindstrom though I like Mason Cole at C better than most. If we wanted to add picks, trading back and taking Lindstrom is probably the best way to maximize our picks value.
