11/18 may turn out to be the #1 overall pick Superbowl.

I think the Raiders are tanking, going to stockpile draft picks and rebuild the team for Vegas. Gruden obviously has the time to do it.

We are just terrible.

Our offensive line is terrible, and u can see it when the back up players replace the starters and offering the same performance
Pugh was another bad signing
And humphries has no business being the left tackle of the future

If they are tanking, Cards need to trade for Cooper.

They might let him walk when his contract is up, might as well wait till cooper hits fa.

The primary difference is teh Cards are not an organization with no direction, right now the Raiders are. Both have QBOTF, I'd argue the raiders future has arrived at QB with Carr, they have talent but they're leaving Oakland and it appears like they're not interested in keeping the fans happy or putting a good product out there until they get to Vegas.

We have Rosen, we have some other young pieces on offense, we have some talent on defense. We suck, but I think a better coaching staff improves that quickly. We have some guys like Deonne who should probably move on and again if the right offer were there I might entertain trading DJ just to get more talent next year. But we don't NEED to move guys yet we might regret it if we do the right thing and fix the coaching staff next year.

I didn't dislike the Mack trade for the Raiders, I truly don't think he wanted to stay in Oakland, but their issue is they didn't get any current players so they have to wait for the draft picks. They might wind up with some good players with those first round picks(19 and 20) but it's not doing them any good right now and for a team that looked to be on the brink 2 years ago with a young QB, the fall from grace has been stunning. People forget they were 12-4 2 years ago, 6-6 last year then lost the last 4. So they're 1-9 in their last 10 games. They went from a good up and coming team that won 12 games in 16, to one of the worst teams in the league in just 2 seasons.

Remember when they traded Moss to Pat's for a 4th rounder? That's what I'd be talking about for Cooper. Mid-low round pick.

If I Recall Correctly Moss basically quit on the raiders.
Maybe Amari Cooper is about to do the same?

Trade for him, if not a Kings Ransom and then be in control of his rights...

Gruden is denying he's even remotely available so who knows. With Mack it sort of became really obvious at a certain point things had changed from we want him back to we're trading him. That does't seem to be the case with Cooper yet.

I do like Cooper he'd definitely be intriguing but i'm not sure what we have to trade for him, I certainly wouldn't move DJ for a WR who's coming up on a new contract. I don't think they'd be trading him at a huge discount right now but I guess you never know.

Amari Cooper has JJ Nelson hands.

Very talented receiver, but will drop a lot of balls.

https://www.nbcbayarea.com/news/local/Coopers-Drop-Rate-Ranks-Among-NFLs-Worst-479158283.html

Over the past three seasons, Cooper has had a drop rate of 13.62 percent, which ranks fourth-worst in the NFL (among qualifying receivers) behind Torrey Smith (16.82), J.J. Nelson (15.91) and Raiders teammate Seth Roberts (14.39).

He's actually worse, because he had a good, rookie or 2nd year, but other than that has has been as bad or worse than Nelson.

Okay, his 2nd year he only dropped 4 passes.

https://www.profootballfocus.com/news/fantasy-football-metrics-that-matter-drop-rate

Amari Cooper stands out as well, and that should come as no surprise. Cooper led the league in drops (18) and drop rate (20.0 percent) in his rookie season (2015), but then seemed to get past the issue in 2016, dropping only four passes. In 2017, Cooper again led the league in drop rate (17.2 percent). Not only are these numbers bad, but they’re historically bad. Since 2007, there have only been three players to see at least 100 targets and post a drop rate of 17 percent or worse: Braylon Edwards (2007 and 2008), Greg Little (2011), and Cooper (2015 and 2017)

20 percent his rookie year, 17.2 percent last year, I know he's had some crucial ones this year as well, but can't find any stats.
