how is that a questionable call? The guy was flowing to where the ball is thrown, Rudolph intentionally blocks him, and the ball I suspect is in the air. Thats OPI

Given the replay didn't show if the ball was in the air or not how can anybody say it's a bad call? If he's blocking when the ball is in the air it's PI. If you saw after the play there were 3 Cards right there asking for the flag, that's why it came in late they were lobbying the ref behind the play who had the angle to call it.
