Veldheer is 100 percent gone. Smith, unfortunately will be the starter.

Veldheer is trade bait. The Cardinals hope is to duplicate what the Bill just did and trade him and the 16th pick to move into the top ten.

That's not gonna happen. Veldheer would just be a throw in. I don't think he has any high draft pick capital.

The thing about injuries is the Cardinals have tried to make it a point not to bring in players that get injured, and then you know what happens ? They get injured anyway.

Its football, its a crap shoot, and players get injured.

Bradford is going to start, and the offensive line should look like

Humphries
Iupati
TBD/Shipley
Pugh
Smith

There were a lot of complaints about offensive line play, and the team has replace the whole right side of the line that was a train wreck last year.

Will the offensive line stay healthy next year? Probably not, but not many in the league will either.

That is a pretty good offensive line, with veterans that have started a lot of games in the league.

I obviously speak for myself when I am saying I think the Cardinals did a good job bringing in players to solidify the line, without breaking the bank.

The best move for the offensive line was getting Iupati to take a pay cut, so that his salary matches his play. An older Iupati at the salary he is at, is a good deal, and good potential.

This is the first time in decades I have heard the coach of this team say they were going to run the ball, and concentrate on the run, and the actions back up the talk.

Yes, without a doubt, that is not an offensive line of pass blockers, and yes, Sam Bradford's knees are like stem ware on a faulty shelf, but this line, at least on paper, should be able to run the rock.

Don't see the Cardinals moving into the top ten. Too many needs to pay the price to move up that far. We only have 7 draft choices after trading away 3 in previous years.

I would go after Cameron Fleming if I was Keim in order to have competition and depth at OT. He shouldn't cost a lot as he still seems to be under the radar of most teams.
Smith, Humphries & Fleming would be a nice veteran OT trio and if you add a solid OT in the draft you could have a nice 2 deep.
Is there any word in Boone possibly re-signing? I think we need to have as much OL depth as possible going into next season with so many guys who haven't been able to stay healthy.
I would try and trade Veldheer, starting LT's are a premium and he could draw interest from teams like NE & CLE. You may not get into the Top 10 with a trade but if you can get another draft pick that would be just as good rather than let him go for nothing.
