D-line won't grab headlines, but banged up and helped limit Fournette to 12 carries, 25 yards

Jones had one of the best games I’ve ever seen from a Cardinals defensive player.

Gotta be 55... with a nod to Ricky Seals-The-Deal-Jones!

If i had to pick one player---it would be Blaine Gabbert. Under the circumstances, his performance was clutch.

Threw for less than 50%, INT, and fumble for TD in the 2nd half. Nearly cost us the win.

Gabbert had a couple of really bad series but he made the plays that give us the win
Special mention to chandler jones, 5 tackle for loss 2 sacks 1 pass broken
But the hero is dawson, making his longest field goal ever

Gotta go Dawson. Dude didn’t miss a kick all day and they were all down the middle. Chandler Jones and TM with the honorable mentions.

Actually he completed 58% of his passes (22/38) against the #1 ranked defense in the NFL for 244 yds, 2 TDs, 1 INT & led us on 2 scoring drives in the 4th qtr to get the lead & then win the game. His fumble & int were clearly bad plays, but give the guy credit where it's due. He also spread the ball around to 10 different receivers since Fitz was bracketed.

92 QB rating. Helped beat the #1 defense. Clutch. What's with the uncharacteristic hate? He is not the second coming but not bad either.
Not hating. Providing a counter argument for why he shouldn’t get the game ball. Had Blaine maintained his 1st half pace, sure. But he regressed in the 2nd half, much like last week, and put us in a difficult situation.

I’d give the ball to Dawson, Chandler and Badger before I begin considering Gabbert.

^more like Jax started playing man. Aka they made adjustments, not necessarily a regression. Those quick passes that worked in the 1st half weren't working any more.

What is up with the Gabbert hatred folks. We ALL know that Stanton is pathetic (49% completion for the season). It is critical that we see what Gabbert can do. So far he has completed 61% of his passes with a QB rating right around 90. No one is saying that Gabbert is our QBOTF, but at the very least, he’d make a damn good back up.

Defense won this game. The offense stalled out again and again in the second half, blew the lead, gave the ball away on the five yard line. The defense bailed them out every time. Most importantly the got us the stop at the very end of the game that set up the fg. I'd have given the game ball to Chandler Jones if not to the whole defense.

...however, unlike last week, he sucked it up...figured it out...and fought to lead the team to the win.

Old Blaine would have imploded after that strip sack...and then the int...This Blaine, for at least this week, left his stones on the field.

Football is a team game. We dropped 27 on the number 1 defense who only gives up 14. Can't see how the defense wins this game without the offensive production. I have no problem with GB getting a game ball but I would also give one to at least one defensive player too.

I am giving one to Leonard Fournette for making this kids day. Also for averaging 2.1 yards a carry.

That was cool of him to do. Which all players did this for fans. Just makes those fans love them even more.
