meh... that's how I feel about it. he was seemingly good for the first 10 years or so of his coaching career (remember the offense the twins had back then though, hard not to be) he hasn't had the twins get a winning record over the last 4 or 5 years.

The four straight losing seasons are a red flag. You can put him on the candidate list, but I wouldn't put him near the top of the list.
