I'll say that Levi has a better chance to play for Arizona, next year, than Daryn Colledge. Of course Levi WON"T BE THE LT, but could be the RT. I see him in competition with Winston and Massie and possibly a FA. If Cooper comes back and is able to play LG, I see the RG as Faniaka or Watford, with Potter in the mix. DC is probably too expensive. The LT will be the #1 draft pick. JMUO.

If Winston's play doesn't improve dramatically then he won't be re-signed next year. Competition for RT will be between Massie, Sowell and possibly Levi.

Colledge will be gone IMHO so Cooper starts at LG & Watford and Fanaika fight it out for RG. At this point I see Potter as depth for all the line positions sans Center.

The Cards Oline is ranked 15th in pass protection by Football Outsiders through the first 4 weeks. That is in the top half of the league so maybe our Oling doesn't suck as bad as we all think. What I don't like about their rankings is that it only includes sacks and not hurries and QB hits.

Vermont, I thought it was obvious but I SHOULD have stated in my post that IF Levi is our RT next year, he would have to have his contract restructured. As for the QB's I'm not sure if any of them are elite, though Teddy B gets a lot of elite talk. Even if he is I'm not sure, and certainly hope/expect that our record would eliminate us from the TB sweepstakes. "Experts" expect Jax and Cleveland to be in the QB market and probably take the top two. Though Hoyer has been Tom Brady like in his two starts, so you never know. As for a LT, I don't know if we had a shot at Eugene Monroe but if we did and passed, then I'd bet LT in the Draft. We'll see.

Let the record reflect I said that Levi would not be a Cardinal next year.

I said that on 7/24/13.

Garth- Looks like Colledge last longer than Levi. :D

It would be nice to have a guy that is considered elite right off, but we never pick where we need to in order to make that happen. We will probably pick 10 to 15. It's nice to get a Luck or RGIII, but there are Russell Wilson's, Big Ben's, Flacco's, and Rodgers that fall out of the Top 10. Sometimes you gotta take a shot.

Especially when you hire a head coach who is supposed to know how to develop QB's. :)

Hey Arians! You hired all these offensive line gurus. Why does our offensive line still suck?

Of all days to throw that question out there.

I think it is safe to say, that today's story is saying "I AM WORKING ON IT."

Whiz would have just said, "The system works"

Arians is saying, "This system is FUBAR and changes need to be made"

Excellent, because what do they say about doing the same thing over and over, and expecting different results ?

..........I just made myself sad, because when a Cardinals fans says that he really has to not be introspective at the time :(

They got him as a Steeler on Rotoworld.

Flippin' awesome.

Plus the Cardinals get $800,000 towards the cap. Hoot!

I'll play. BA said that Levi had his best game yet yesterday.

Possibilities:

1. Talking up value to try to get something in trade.
2. Absolutely honest, he had his best game, AND HE STILL SUCKS! Trade his sorry carcass out of here!

I have no problem with Arians and Keim identifying players they feel are problems and getting rid of them. However, that does put the onus on them to replace those players with better ones. I don't care what the name is of the player that is producing, but I do care that the level of production is good.
