The more I go over this draft the more I hate the thought of selecting a guy in the top 5 considering, that I don't think there's a "special" guy who's a difference maker outside of the top 4, how much he will get paid (CBA depending), blah blah blah, etc. etc. There are plenty of holes that the Cards need to fill and I think getting as many picks in the top 100 is a good strategy for filling them.
IMO the logical option is to trade down.
There are a couple of options if I'm understanding this chart and the value attached to each pick.

#1 desirable option (New England): #5 for #17, #28, and #124.
The Pats might do it for a couple of prospects that they think will turn out. Their OLBs aren't anything special, though Spikes and Mayo inside are pretty good. A Von Miller would be extremely attractive to the Pats who didn't get a single sack in the post season.
Wilfork is getting up there in years and Dareus might be an attractive replacement.
AJ Green even could end up falling and that would give the Pats a traditional big play reciever which they really don't have.
#2 (Minnesota): #5 for #12, #43, and #167
The Vikings do this to get their QB of the future. By leapfrogging Washington they get first dibs on QBs, letting them pick from Gabbert, Newton, Mallet, etc. because Washington has made it pretty obvious they're going after a QB in round 1.
#3 (San Diego):#5 for #18, #50, #61
San Diego does it because they could use help along the D-Line and the front half of the 1st is stacked with talent.
