wait up, just because he wasn't convicted doesn't mean he wasn't guilty. She refused to testify and the case was dropped. If he wasn't guilty why did he settle a civil lawsuit? Any innocent person who have never settled...he did.

Why.........would any woman who claims she was sexually assaulted or raped, have more sexual encounters AFTER the incident with Mr Bryant and BEFORE her trip to the medical examiners office to administer a rape kit ? Is that "just the way she gets down" or does she have deeper troubling mental issues......or perhaps she's got other motives......... ?

You Laker fans need to realize that you are talking smack on a Phoenix Suns forum. You are the minority here and what Suns fans say here is law. He is only playing because she refused to testify. She was treated badly from the start. Her name was leaked. She was threatened. The defense was out to

Hey TT, did you know a prostitute can be raped? If a women says no and is forced upon....IT"S RAPE!!!!!!!!!!

Her tendencies have nothing to do with the specific incident. Does that mean you can force yourself on a women with "HO-ish" tendencies? Does it mean she deserved it?

Also, did you know Kobe originally lied about his encounter to the authorities? Have you read the transcripts and ALL of the documents?
