kinda sad that only amare and nash got to the line. and then look how poorly we shot from downtown compared to the kings who do not shoot the 3 as well as we do, especially without Kevin Martin. this game was rediculous. we can not win a championship if we cant rest our starters and we cant do that if we cant win games, especially these god damned gimme games. we just blew them out on thursday, wtf happened? our rollercoaster style play is very frustrating. look how detroit blew us out earlier this month. there is no way we can succeed in the playoffs if we cant play consistently. houston continues to roll, dallas beats the easy opponents, san antonio handles the inferior teams, and then theres us who lose to sacramento 3 days after beating them by 18. we still arent on that championship level yet.

haha, so much for a title run. once again we lose to a team that isnt even in the playoffs, the kings are hardly in contention for the 8th seed. something incredible will have to happen in order for this team to win a title- eg dallas and san antonio lose in the 1st round. with the way denver beat us the other day, im not even sure we can make it out of the first round./doomsday

We didn't lose to a bad opponent until about the 50th game of the season, which was better than any other team in the league. Then we had a slew of injuries and haven't gotten back to the level of consistency we were at yet. Diaw hasn't played consistently well all season and yet is still starting for some reason. Our bench hasn't been playing well most of the season and has gotten worse since KT elbow injury has affected his jumpshot. I'm not surprised that we've struggled occasionally with all the stuff we've been trying to overcome lately.

no excuses. Dallas is streaking, San Antonio has hit their stride, and we are have tapered off a bit. Not a good way to enter into the playoffs

san antonio handles the inferior teams
How quickly we forget that San Antonio just lost back-to-back games to Milwaukee and Boston last week. I would call those teams inferior.

We're so quick to give up around here just because of one loss. A poor performance in the last month of the regular season doesn't translate to the same poor performance in the playoffs for an established quality team like the Suns. Remember last year they were blown out at this time of the season by the Nets and Bucks in back-to-back games and then proceeded to go 5-5 in the month of April to end the season. They still made it to the WCF...again....with injuries.

Let's not press the panic button just yet.

Yeah, I mean, this loss means the Suns don't have a chance to win a title. This loss means everything. Oh no, we're doomed.

Kevin Martin has played like **** for the last few weeks, if he could come back that would have only helped us. As for the starters minutes, I'm sure that non of those were tired after this game...

San Antonio handles the inferior teams soooo well that they lost to the Celtics AND the Bucks recently, but I guess you still consider the Spurs are on championship level.

We dont have to worry until the Mavs or the Spurs blow us out.

It's just one of those games where Bibby gets lucky. I mean come on he shoots 40% on the year and 34% from three point range. He just had one hot game. The next game watch him throw up bricks.
Just like how Bibby was lucky on Thursday night when he put up 28? Jason Terry always seems to get "lucky" against the Suns as well. I think it's more to do with Nash's porous defense why opposing PG's torch us every game instead of getting lucky.

I think it was a bad idea that dantoni started diaw. he again was very lazy. 2 rebounds?

I think evryone on the team needs to play better defense. by the way here comes the spurs.

If we lose Home court to san antonio good luck beating San antonio in texas.

yay suns.

At least half of Bibby's 3-pointers were WELL behind the 3-point line. WELL behind it. We're talking four or five feet behind the line. It's difficult to guard a PG that closely that far back. It's an open invitation for Bibby to drive the lane or get a stupid foul on Nash.

Oh please, I may be biased because I'm a hardcore Suns fan but if I am not mistaken Bibby shoots 34% from behind the three point line. That is around 3 a game with 10 attempts and he made 9 of 12. I call that lucky. Most of them were way behind the three point line as well. We get lit up every game not just because of Nash's poor defense but the whole team's horrible defense. We get beat off the dribble on every play and our rotations are always slow. As a result, teams get to the rim at will against us.

Also, players shoot better when they are more confident. Playing against the Suns' defense is great for any offensive player's confidence, because he knows that even if he misses, his team will probably get the ball back.
