The future of Youssef Chermiti may well unfold far from Rangers. The 21-year-old striker, a Portugal U21 international of Tunisian descent, has reportedly caught the eye of Beşiktaş ahead of the upcoming transfer window.
Having joined in September 2025, the young center-forward has yet to fully convince in Scotland. He has tallied 4 goals and 2 assists in 17 Scottish Premiership appearances—numbers considered below expectations. Some supporters would welcome his departure this summer. Signed for 8.6 million euros, Chermiti is under contract with the club until 2029.
