Great link--it also shows better-for-you alternatives. I was at Arby's the other day & asked for their nutritional info...their "Pecan Chicken Salad Sandwich" has over 800 calories all by itself. It's the worst of their Market Fresh Sandwiches, but I can see people getting it thinking, "well, it's chicken...".

A couple weekends ago, DCR had a 4x4 and wasn't even full. Next time, DCR tries the 5x5.

I was sick to my stomach looking at some of the things on this list. Like the two pizzas with a burger in the middle and the guy who ate the entire BK value menu in 5 minutes. Gross!
