World Cup: Decision day in Group H as all four teams compete for Round of 32 spots

Former champions Spain and Uruguay lock horns in the final round of Group H. While Spain are on the verge of qualification, Uruguay need to record their first win to stay in the tournament.

Alejandro Grimaldo, who is edging closer to joining Atlético Madrid, is the only Bundesliga-based player from the group. However, Bayer Leverkusen’s set-piece specialist is yet to make his World Cup debut. The left-footed player is once again named in Spain's substitute bench for the final group stage game.

Meanwhile, Cape Verde will lock horns with Saudi Arabia in the other game from the group. The winners would certainly progress to the Round of 32, although a draw would be enough for the debutants if Spain beat Uruguay.
