National League club Woking have signed former Gillingham defender Shadrach Ogie on a two-year contract.

The 24-year-old's three-year stay at Gillingham came to an end earlier this summer when his contract expired.

Woking director of football Jody Brown told the club website that former boss Jermain Defoe "played a big part in identifying and attracting the player to the club before his departure" and said former Leyton Orient man Ogie is "a great fit for what we're building at the club".
