Witcher 3

I've mentioned this game numerous times over the last few months. It comes out today, goes live at 4pm if you buy it from the Xbox Live store (I'd imagine the PC and PS4 versions go live at that time as well).

The game looks incredible. For what it's worth, it's gotten rave reviews. Over 100 hours of gameplay if you are a perfectionist that likes to complete an entire game.

Gamespot gave it a 10/10 and IGN gave it a 9.3

I played the original Witcher years back and it was awesome.

I've played a couple hours of it. It's badass so far. Graphics are awesome, gameplay is good.

Certainly well hyped. Doubt I'll ever try it, I've been dying to play state of decay and only have about 4 hours logged over a month. Just can't get the time for the very long games like that. I need a job reviewing games on the side so I can lock myself in a room a few hours a week with my Xbox

I'm addicted to this game. Just bought an alienware laptop a couple weeks ago, so figured I'd check this game out since I liked the 2nd one. Can't stop playing.

Fantastic game, except there are a few bugs. I'm stuck right now with a loading screen bug. Hopefully they fix it quick, because I can't proceed.

Apparently, if I get that error, all I need to do is power down the Xbox completely by unplugging it. After it boots back up, the error is gone.

Seems like I read something that this game was controversial because there is a bunch of nudity in it? Even on the Xbox versions... Not that I have a problem with that lol Just had never heard of boobies in a video game that didn't reside on a creepy internet site. I imagine this game will be very popular with pubescent boys haha.

Regardless the reviews are still through the roof, I'm going to try it.

I've only come across a couple instances of nudity so far, but it was frequent in Witcher 2. Just some boobies and ass, not too big a deal.

conan itself had bare breasts in the beginning of the game.

God of war at the beginning had a mini game where you didnt see anything but you had to do stick movement combos to have Kratos bang a girl and get extra health or something. if you landed the combos, you got more out of it.

I bought this game for $42 at Target for PS4. I started playing it for a few hours and I noticed that it is really hard. I had it on the Blood and Bruises setting which is the 2nd hardest. It is usually what I set games to if not hardest. It took me like 6 or 7 times to get past the griffin and that was mostly by running like a chicken. I think I will start over on a lower difficulty.

Cool game so far, but there is a lot to absorb.

You don't need to start over, you can change the difficulty level in the settings. I had to do that too, I started at that difficulty level too and I died a lot.
