Will golf fans see Brooks Koepka back at the Memorial Tournament at Muirfield Village Golf Club from June 4-7?
Koepka, a five-time major champion, announced his return to the PGA Tour in December after a three-year stint with LIV Golf. He is the only golfer participating in the Returning Members Program, which the PGA created for golfers who met "elite performance-based criteria."
Requirements for the program are that a player must have won one of the four majors or the Players Championship from 2022 to 2025 and also have not been a member of the PGA Tour for at least two years. Koepka's most recent major win, the PGA Championship in 2023, made him eligible. Bryson DeChambeau, Jon Rahm and Cameron Smith were the golfers who met the criteria but chose not to reenter the PGA Tour.
Koepka last played in the Memorial in 2020. He made the cut and finished tied for 62nd and 12 over par.

- AON Next 10: The top 10 players in the current FedEx Cup standings who did not finish in the top 50 in the previous season’s FedEx Cup standings through the tournament leading up to the next Signature Event (Koepka is 63rd in FedEx Cup standings).
- AON Swing 5: The top five players, not exempt via a higher category, who accumulate the most FedExCup points during the tournaments between Signature Events (Koepka is projected below the top five of the cut line).
- Players who win a PGA TOUR tournament during the current year (excluding additional events), not exempt via a higher category (Koepka has not won any events upon his return).
- PGA TOUR members in the top 30 in the Official World Golf Rankings (Koepka is ranked No. 105).
